How to install Front Grille?

Step-by-Step Installation

1. Open Hood & Inspect: Open the hood and locate how the grille attaches (bolts, clips, adhesive).

2. Remove Obstructions: Take off the emblem and any trim pieces, labeling and bagging hardware.

3. Remove Bumper (If Needed): Many grilles require bumper removal. Unscrew bolts from fender wells, under the car, and along the top; disconnect lights.

4. Remove Old Grille: Remove bolts, then gently pry clips to detach the old grille, preventing cracking.

5. Prepare Mount: Clean the area and remove old adhesive or debris.

6. Install New Grille: Attach brackets if needed, feed wires through, align the new grille, and press into place, ensuring points line up.

7. Reassemble: Reinstall the bumper (don't fully tighten yet), reattach trim and emblems, then secure all bolts.
8. Test: Check hood operation and ensure the grille is secure and aligned.

A: Our company is in Ningbo city, it is close to Ningbo and Shanghai port. If you arrive in Shanghai or Ningbo or Hangzhou airport, we can pick you up there by car.

A: Ningbo port is the first choice. But if you have other requirements, we also can load at the other ports, such as Shanghai or any other port.

A: Our regular production time is 25-45 days. Delivery time normal is 15-45 days after receiving prepayment
